Pleasant View Knoll is a small residential neighborhood in North Boulder, Colorado. Shaded by mature trees and set on gently rolling ground, it offers the kind of quiet, walkable streets that make Boulder living special — with the Flatirons and foothills always in view to the west.
Our neighbors enjoy quick access to open space trails, nearby parks and playing fields, and everything North Boulder has to offer, while downtown Boulder, the Pearl Street Mall, and the University of Colorado are just a short drive or bike ride away.
